波羅的海國家 - (又稱波羅的海三國)是指波羅的海東岸的愛沙尼亞、拉脫維亞和立陶宛三國。因其地理和歷史具有很大的相似性，故在國際上經常將其一起稱呼。地理上，波羅的海國家屬於東歐，文化上屬於東北歐，因此現在一般成為東北歐。
白俄羅斯 - 是位于歐洲東歐平原的內陸國家，於 1991 年 08月 25 日從蘇聯獨立，於同年 12 月 09 日改稱白俄羅斯共和國。
